If you’re not pleased with your acquisition for any reason, you may return it to us within 15 days. Simply contact us and we will replace, refund or exchange your print without any hassle whatsoever. We will personally and professionally handle your issue within 24 hours of contact and will quickly make it right for you. Our return policy is very unassuming. Whatever is your preference; replacement, refund, or if your preference is for an exchange please select the item you’d like instead. We will be here for you.

We ask you to please return the artwork in new and undamaged condition and if possible in the original packaging. Certificates of authenticity must be returned with the product. Any product returned without original documentation cannot be accepted. Any product that has been, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

However, this policy does NOT apply to custom items such as your uploaded work, or commissioned work.  We design and print to order all uploaded purchases and commissioned art, so unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund for custom items. We want you to be 100% satisfied, so simply contact us and we will work with you to resolve whatever concerns you may have.
